I am an experienced person with an overall 3 years of work background. My teaching career starts with SHUHADA an Afghan local NGO that is working for peace, social justice, human rights with focus on women rights and political awareness. I thought there the local teachers for a period of 3 months.

After that I started my working with DHSA as a master trainer. Here in DHSA I manage the overall training affairs as well as communicating with the stockholders as well as provide necessary and sometimes advice for the Program manager.

The report writing and translations has been one my major side activities. For doing this one needs a strong conceptual and strategic knowledge, for fulfilling this knowledge I got comprehensive trainings and a good practical knowledge that has been more effective and interesting for me. I have developed and trained more than 100 teachers during three months and introduce theme with new methods of teaching.

After that I worked as a district coordinator with UNESCO/ELA Project during my duty with UNESCO I managed and was doing whole the duty of a coordinator as well. And so I worked as general manager with HRA an afghan local NGO.I have a good writing and language knowledge that comes from my good experiences in this field.
